We deliver worldwide with DHL Express from our studio in Marrakech. Tracking details are emailed to you once an order is sent.

We offer free shipping for all retail orders valued over $200 USD (or equivalent in other currencies)

SHIPPING FEES FOR ORDERS BELOW $200
For orders below $200 USD we offer the following flat-rate shipping fees depending on the destination as outlined below:
USA & Canada - $15 / 3-7 days
Europe - $15 / 3-6 days
Australia & NZ - $35 / 5-12 days
Morocco - $15 / 2-5 days
Rest of the World - $35 / 4-14 days
* The shipping times are estimates only and do not include order processing times. Normal shipping times may be a little longer at the moment due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We always endeavour to process your order and have it on its way to you as quickly and efficiently as we can. We ship internationally from our studio in Marrakech via DHL Express. Tracking details are provided once an order is sent.
Orders for items that are in stock are processed and sent within 1-4 working days. Once again, please note that the delivery times outlined above do not include order processing times.
When an order contains one or more items that are not in stock or are made to order, we will hold off shipping until all items are ready and the full order is complete. We will contact you to advise expected delivery timeframes for any items that are temporarily out of stock or are made to order.
Deliveries are generally made during normal working days and hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery a card will be left with instructions for redelivery.

IMPORT TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that shipping costs do not include any customs and other import duties and fees that may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, please check with your local customs agency.
There is a free trade agreement in place between Morocco and the United States, which means shipments to the United States are exempt from any import taxes, duties and fees :)
In accordance with export regulations we are required to declare the correct value of all items.
Please note that the Free Shipping we offer is for the actual cost of the shipping and does not include any import duties and/or fees that may be payable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any item you have received you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit - its your choice.
Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned goods in the condition they were dispatched including packaging and any tags attached. Simply email hello@hamimidesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return your purchase and we will get back to you with return details based on your location.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Please keep in mind that our artisan crochet lamps are individually custom made to order for each customer.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale or a clearance item, except where the item arrives damaged or is faulty.
