Each lamp is made by hand, and small variations are a natural part of the process.

We encourage considered selection and are always happy to provide guidance prior to ordering to ensure the piece is right for your space.

With this in mind, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your piece, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist.

Where possible, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
