How will I know if my payment has been successful?
You will receive an automatically generated email notification soon after placing your order. If you don't receive any notification within 30 minutes of placing your order please contact us via email or phone.
What currency is used online?
Multiple currencies are available for viewing products online, although these are approximations only. Checkout pricing is converted to Australian Dollars and will then be converted to your local currency by your bank.
Can I add a personal message to my order?
Yes, simply add your message into the ‘Special Instructions for Seller’ section during the checkout process and we will add your message on a complimentary gift card
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as you can if you would like to cancel or change your order.Unfortunately if your order has been processed and sent we will be unable to change of cancel it.
What are your delivery time frames and charges?
Our estimated delivery time frames and charges are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. We offer free international delivery for orders valued at over AU$250 or its equivalent value in other currencies. We offer flat rate shipping for Australian ($10) and international ($15) orders valued less that $250 AUD.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver internationally directly from Marrakech, Morocco or from Brisbane, Australia. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What is the returns policy of Hamimi?
Our full returns policy is outlined on our Shipping and Returns page. Broadly speaking you can return an item within 21 days for a full refund, store credit or exchange – its your choice.
How long is your ‘Made to Order’ lead time?
Good things take time to make. Many of our items are made to order by hand from start to finish, it’s a process that makes each item special and unique and it can’t be rushed. We aimto have ‘made to order’ items finished and on their way within 3 weeks of an order being placed.
Pre-made items held in stock will be on their way within 4 days.
Do you wholesale your products?
Yes, many of our products are available for wholesale to retailers around the globe. See our wholesale page if you are interested in stocking any of products in your store, no matter where you are.
