We want you to love your Hamimi piece. If you have any questions before ordering—whether it’s about colour, sizing, or styling—we’re always happy to help. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and excited about your choice.

Return Policy:

Lamps - Each lamp is custom-made to order in our Marrakech studio and, as such, is not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.

Jewellery & Bags - These items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@hamimidesign.com, and we’ll guide you through the process, depending on your location.

Refused Deliveries:

If a shipment is refused at delivery due to unpaid customs charges or any other reason, the original shipping cost, return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

We stand by the quality of our handmade products. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping if required.
