Shipping, Customs & Returns

We ship worldwide from Marrakech, Morocco.

Please be aware that import taxes and duties are not included in our shipping fees.

Shipping Fees & Estimated Delivery Times :

For online retail orders, the following shipping fees (in USD) and estimated delivery times apply:

  • USA & Canada: $20 / 3-7 days
  • Europe: $20 / 3-6 days
  • Australia & New Zealand: $40 / 5-12 days
  • Other Countries: $40 / 4-14 days

Please note that these estimated delivery times do not include order processing or production times.

Shipping Information :

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

All shipments via DHL require a signature upon delivery.

DHL does not deliver to Russia, Mexico, and Morocco. For these destinations, please contact us directly to arrange alternative shipping.

Orders are shipped upon completion of the full order.

Jewellery and bag orders typically ship within 1-7 days of receiving your order. Our lamps are individually handmade to order and have varying production times, with most orders shipping within 2-4 weeks.

Import Taxes / Duties :

Import tax and duties may apply depending on your location. These fees are calculated based on the value of your purchase and are advised by DHL in your country. They are not included in our shipping fees. DHL will contact you for payment as part of the import process prior to delivering your order.

  • In the USA, purchases under $2,500 USD are not subject to import tax/duties.
  • In Australia & NZ, purchases under $1,000 AUD / $1000 NZD (including shipping costs) are exempt from import tax/duties.
  • In Europe and the UK, you will be required to pay local VAT as part of the import process.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges :

We take pride in crafting and packaging our products with care and attention to detail.

Should you have any doubts before placing your order, please contact us for clarification or guidance.

Regrettably, we do not accept returns of our items for exchange or refund.

Given the bespoke nature of our lamps, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for changes of mind regarding colours, sizes or models.

We offer a replacement or refund for items received that are damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your order to advise us of the fault or damage.
