shipping & returns


SHIPPING

We offer free Australian and International shipping for orders valued over $249 AUD (or equivalent in other currencies).  

For orders valued below $250 AUD the flat rate shipping cost is $10 AUD for deliveries within Australia or $15 AUD for deliveries to all other countries we ship to.

We always endeavour to process your order and have it on its way to you as quickly and efficiently as we can.

Orders for items that are in stock are processed and despatched within 1-4 working days.

When an order contains one or more items that are not in stock or are made to order, we will hold off shipping until all items are ready and the full order is complete.

We ship internationally either directly from Marrakech, Morocco or from Brisbane, Australia. We use the most suitable shipping provider depending on the location and the items that comprise an order. Most orders are sent via DHL or Australia Post.

Deliveries are generally made during normal working days and hours and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may be imposed. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, please check with your local customs agency.


REFUNDS

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you do not wish to keep your purchase you can return it within 21 days of receipt for a refund, store credit or exchange – its your choice.

Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned goods in the condition they were dispatched. Simply email info@hamimi.com.au if you would like to return your purchase and we will talk you through the simple return process.

Postage / shipping charges for the return of the item must be paid by the customer. We will pay for the delivery of any replacement items to you.


SALE RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale or a clearance item, except where the item arrives damaged or is faulty.
